Senior🎓
Top SchoolMaik Hummel is a Berlin-based founder and AI strategist with 11 years of experience building cloud-native, conversational AI and real-time systems. He has led engineering and go-to-market efforts at startups and scaleups—co-founding and exiting a conversational AI company, bootstrapping nearly €1M in revenue, and later driving AI strategy and investor-facing demos at Parloa. Maik combines hands-on architecture (cloud-agnostic, Kubernetes-first deployments across AWS/GCP/Azure) with people-first hiring and team-building, having recruited and scaled distributed engineering teams rapidly. He’s a recognized Microsoft MVP for Azure AI who translates LLM research into production features like real-time translation for call centers. Known for turning constrained resources into tangible product and revenue outcomes, he now leads a stealth startup focused on collapsing organizational complexity through AI.
