Senior🎓
Top SchoolMaksim Skutin is a seasoned cloud and DevOps leader with 11 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating AWS-native platforms for automotive and consumer products from Singapore. As Head of Cloud Systems at Quantum Inventions he builds and scales cross-functional cloud teams across ASEAN and India while driving AWS go-to-market partnerships, pre-sales architecture, and governance practices. He combines deep infrastructure craft—multi-account strategies, serverless automation, CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation and containerization—with people development and IP creation to turn modernization roadmaps into production reality. A pragmatic technologist, Maksim moves between high-level strategy and low-level tooling, often prototyping solutions and authoring audit-strength architecture documents. Siberia-born and active in AWS Customer Council, he brings a global perspective and a knack for translating complex cloud security and cost controls into repeatable practices.
