Top SchoolMaksym Kobieliev is a Lead UI Developer based in Kyiv with 12 years of experience building front-end and full-stack web applications for enterprise and domain-specific customers. He has deep expertise in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS/ngrx, webpack and modern frontend toolchains, and has repeatedly been the sole front-end owner for complex apps such as EquipMySchool’s eProcurement portal. His background in desktop .NET (WPF/WinForms/C#) and a Master’s in Economic Cybernetics give him a pragmatic, data-minded approach to UI architecture and performance. At Forte Group he now guides UI delivery and implementation patterns while previously shipping regulated pharma solutions at EXTEDO. Comfortable across build systems, CI/CD and localization, he blends hands-on coding with mentoring and long-lived codebase stewardship. Colleagues find him reliable on both product-facing features and the engineering plumbing that keeps apps robust.
