Top SchoolMaksym Sokhatskyi is a Ph.D. engineer and seasoned technology leader with over 15 years architecting high-performance distributed systems and telecom-grade backends used by governments, banks, messaging platforms and telecom operators worldwide. As CTO of Synrc Research Center he authors and drives ERP.UNO and N2O-based full-stack specifications that prioritize low-latency IoT, MQTT and WebSocket workloads and power critical national systems. He combines deep standards expertise (ISO, ITU/IETF, HL7 FHIR, X.509) with hands-on delivery across banking, healthcare and state IT projects, including unified systems for Ukraine’s ministries and law enforcement. Comfortable moving between research and product, he has led enterprise architecture at state contractors and systems engineering at PrivatBank and Deutsche Bank, delivering BPM- and process-driven solutions at scale. Also a creative spirit — his GitHub persona is “Wandering Artist” — he blends rigorous computational mathematics (PhD) with practical open-source building to solve complex interoperability and performance challenges.
