Top SchoolMaksym Voitko is an R&D tech lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience building AI-driven systems, from multimodal LLM deployments and MLOps platforms to AI-powered optical computer-vision products and large-scale data pipelines. He has led cross-functional teams (ML, software, DevOps) and stood up production MLOps and data infrastructure using Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Airflow, and cloud-native tooling across AWS and GCP. Notable achievements include designing a recommendation platform that materially increased engagement, creating a YAML-driven Airflow Dag Factory to empower analysts, and delivering real-time sports-tracking vision systems that stitch 8K feeds for automated analytics. Comfortable coding in Python and Go, he pairs low-level CUDA/DeepStream experience with scalable backend and observability stacks (Prometheus, Elastic, Grafana). Based in Warsaw, he blends research curiosity with product focus—often prototyping new languages and frameworks to squeeze extra product value—and reads science fiction when not troubleshooting distributed systems.
