Top SchoolMalgorzata Sawicka is a Production Engineer at Meta with a decade of experience building internal tools and production systems, blending software development, process improvement, and operational rigor. Her background spans web development at Shutterfly, end-to-end project and consulting work through her own firm, and ERP customization and team leadership roles early in her career, giving her broad domain knowledge from infrastructure to business processes. Comfortable with PHP, JavaScript, Java, Python and shell tooling, she focuses on reliable delivery and automation for large-scale environments. Based in Menlo Park, she pairs a technical toolkit with formal training across computer programming, databases and commodity science, an unusual mix that aids pragmatic problem solving. Colleagues describe her as a passionate maker who prefers shipping working systems over perfection, and she brings that “hand-on” ethos to long-running production challenges.
