Top SchoolMalik Piara is a product builder and manager with 11 years of experience blending software engineering, interaction design, and community leadership from Lisbon. He designs, architects and maintains web products end-to-end—recently rebuilding and adapting LogiCola for the web and launching products using React/Next.js, TypeScript, PostHog and programmatic SEO. Malik co-founds and curates multiple tech communities (LisboaJS, LisboaUX, Outono, Lisbon AI Week, 351) that connect Portuguese builders worldwide, and he’s repeatedly turned early-stage ideas into launched products and measurable growth. He has led hands-on engineering, run product discovery workshops, and implemented lightweight processes that helped small teams ship more consistently. A pragmatic storyteller, he has a record of applying fast, user-centered pivots in high-pressure situations—most notably adapting a jobs platform to aid 400+ refugees during a crisis.
