Senior🎓
Top SchoolManjunath Chandrashekar is a senior technology leader with 20+ years building and scaling large-scale, cloud-native distributed systems across startups and global GCCs. He has repeatedly translated ambiguous product needs into reliable platforms—launching industry-first products like Swiggy Instamart and Genie and leading AI-powered search at Best Buy—while growing teams to 100–130+ engineers. His execution focus delivers measurable outcomes: driving uptime to 99.98%, cutting cloud spend by ~45%, and boosting engineering throughput ~25% through AI-driven productivity tooling. Comfortable across the stack (Java, React/React Native, mobile, backend, GraphQL) and GenAI tooling, he combines architect-level depth with org-building skills in e-commerce, logistics, B2B/SaaS, and ERP domains. Based in Bengaluru, he pairs a B.E. and an M.S. in Software Systems with a hands-on approach to mentorship and operational excellence. Less obvious: he repeatedly scales not just systems but engineering culture—hiring senior leaders, defining charters, and embedding AI into developer workflows to sustain long-term velocity.
