Top SchoolManning Peterson is a Customer Success Architect with a decade of experience moving from open-source and enterprise software engineering into solutions and customer-facing technical roles. He combines hands-on engineering chops—spanning Node.js, GraphQL, cloud platforms and CMS-driven architectures—with a user-first approach to solve real business problems. At companies like Twilio, Stripe, and Grainger he’s driven technical wins for enterprise customers, managed high-revenue accounts, and coached teams on delivery and onboarding.
