Top SchoolManohar Lakkoju is a Lead Software Engineer in Hyderabad with a decade of experience building full-stack, cloud-native, and distributed systems at JPMorgan Chase. He combines hands-on expertise in Java and React-based microservices with a recent focus on applied AI/ML, RAG, and agentic interfaces using LangChain, ChromaDB and Azure/AWS LLM services to ship production-grade chatbots and data pipelines. Known for bridging product thinking with engineering rigor, he has driven serverless data processing, observability, and micro-frontend integrations across large-scale financial systems. Curious about LLMs and reactive UIs, he blends prototyping and tooling—often iterating quickly on UI prototypes and custom MCPs—to turn experimental models into usable features. His background from MNIT Bhopal and a track record across multiple engineering levels give him both the architectural perspective and the implementation depth to lead complex initiatives.
