Top SchoolManuel Fdz is a product-focused fintech builder with seven years of experience leading technical product and general management roles across startups and scale-ups. Based in Madrid, he has steered end-to-end product lifecycles—from discovery and integrations to roadmap ownership and post-release analytics—while holding full P&L responsibility as a General Manager. His background blends hands-on technical integration work at trivago and Spotahome with founding experience and CEO-level leadership, giving him a rare mix of delivery discipline and strategic business acumen. Manuel is comfortable coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to launch complex integrations and services, and he brings domain knowledge spanning payments, connectivity, and embedded systems from earlier telecom and automotive projects. Notably, he transitions fluidly between deep technical details (APIs, APIs monitoring, test automation) and high-level growth planning, making him effective both as a product executor and a company builder.
