Top SchoolManuel Juanicotena is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Ads with a decade of experience building and scaling ad products and leading cross-functional software teams. He has progressed through roles in account management, program management, and technical product leadership at Amazon, and briefly led product at Jotelulu, bringing both strategic vision and hands-on delivery in fast-moving, uncertain environments. Based in Madrid, he combines strong project discipline with a curiosity-driven, invention-first approach to drive advertiser and brand growth through ad tech. Known for rapid learning and pragmatic execution, he balances business acumen from IESE and international economics training with a developer-friendly mindset (his GitHub quip about turning coffee into code hints at a practical, maker orientation).
