Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolManuel Rais is a seasoned CTO and DevOps leader based in Arles with over a decade of experience bridging VFX production and pipeline engineering. He combines deep compositing and 3D expertise (Blender, Maya, Arnold, Nuke, After Effects) with hands-on pipeline TD work, on-set supervision, and production-grade scripting in Python, shell and C++. At TNZPV he progressed from R&D and pipeline roles to CTO, shaping tooling and infrastructure for stereo and mono workflows while championing open-source solutions. His background as a supervisor and lead compositor across major studios gives him a rare end-to-end perspective from on-set capture to final composite. Collected engineering and artistic skills let him translate creative constraints into robust, automatable pipelines that scale for studio delivery.
