Senior🎓
Top SchoolMao Geng is a Founding Infrastructure Engineer with 11 years of experience building and troubleshooting high-performance, scalable distributed systems across startups and large enterprises in the Bay Area. He has led SRE and infrastructure efforts from petabyte-scale log analytics at Sumo Logic to container and cloud transformations at Pinterest, SAP SuccessFactors, and Fast, and most recently served as Principal Software Engineer for infrastructure at Graphite Health. Known for hands-on expertise in cloud, containers, and machine learning infrastructure, he combines deep performance engineering roots (Oracle, EMC) with operational leadership at StreamNative and stealth-stage startup work. Colleagues rely on him to tame scalability bottlenecks and ship robust, production-ready platforms; less obvious is his consistent throughline of moving legacy enterprise systems toward cloud-native, containerized architectures. Based in Redwood City, he pairs pragmatic debugging skill with strategic infrastructure design to accelerate product delivery.
