Top SchoolMaor Davidov is a founder and hands-on software architect with nine years of experience building web technologies, distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure from Tel Aviv. As CEO of Dcode Consulting he leads an elite team of Software and DevOps engineers, acting as integrated tech lead for startups and VCs and delivering production-ready microservices and features for clients like Chegg and ChargeAfter. He blends architecture design with day-to-day coding across Node.js, Go, C#, Kubernetes and multi-cloud (AWS/GCP), and is known for rapid learning and pragmatic migration work such as porting legacy systems to .NET Core and containerizing entire stacks. His background includes improving Node.js runtime performance, building high-throughput multithreaded servers and designing resilient infrastructure with IaC, Redis, MongoDB and CI/CD pipelines. Maor’s approach emphasizes transparent collaboration so clients are never surprised by outcomes, and he still treats coding as a daily passion rather than a distant managerial task.
