Top SchoolMarc-andré Vigneault is a physics-trained founder and systems engineer with eight years of experience building scientific instruments and software across biophotonics, optics, imaging, and electronics. He leads MVX Technologies where he designs core systems, hardware, and software and consults on accelerating product codebases with AI-driven tooling. Previously he supported high-resolution Earth observation systems and automated space-grade lab processes at ABB and developed a hardware-accelerated light transport framework during his M.Sc. His work blends hands-on firmware/electronics design with Python and OpenCL-accelerated computation, and he often ships both closed- and open-source solutions. An outdoorsman and ethical vegan, he pairs rigorous scientific curiosity with practical resourcefulness and a willingness to learn from being wrong.
