Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarc-anthony Benoit is an engineering manager with 11 years of experience building and scaling SaaS platforms and developer-facing integrations from Lyon, France. He has led multicultural teams across product, solutions and support functions at Livestorm and Matera, driving enterprise integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and improving developer tooling to ease customer adoption. Previously he guided platform evolution, technical debt reduction and scalability as head of technical teams at Smart Traffik and Fiducial, combining hands-on backend expertise (Symfony, Redis, Elasticsearch) with pragmatic product delivery. A believer in people-first leadership, he pairs recruitment and coaching with process improvements and D&I involvement to raise team performance. Less obvious: he moves fluidly between coding, architecture and stakeholder alignment, having also authored technical articles and given internal talks on topics like Redis and communication.
