Top SchoolMarc-Antoine Savard is an algorithms developer based in Montreal with nine years of experience bridging academic research and production software. With a master's in computer science and a background in mathematics and operations research, he has developed and maintained open-source simulation and random number generation tools (LatMRG) and now applies that expertise at GIRO. He combines rigorous analytical skills—honed through teaching linear algebra and stochastic processes—with hands-on programming to solve complex optimization and simulation problems. A fan of open source and video games, he brings a practical, user-focused mindset to algorithm design and software editing, often turning research prototypes into usable tools.
