Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarc Jeffrey is a seasoned technology and operations leader based in Dubai with 20+ years of cross-industry experience and a proven track record of scaling engineering teams, architecting high-availability platforms, and driving dramatic business growth. As a former CTO and current COO at The Giving Movement, he built tech teams from single digits to 20+, delivered a GitOps/IAC-managed infrastructure that doubled app revenue and dramatically improved conversion, and transformed the company into a data-driven organisation. He has led operational excellence across 12+ departments and 200+ people, owned P&L and board-level KPIs, and introduced reporting cadences and OKR-driven squads to accelerate execution. Previously he engineered platforms at Eat App that supported hyper-scale growth (20x ARR), high-throughput automation and complex integrations for thousands of restaurants. Known as a hands-on leader who blends electrical engineering roots with full-stack development experience, he favors rapid, data-driven decisions and building “small but mighty” teams that automate manual work and lift KPIs 2–3x. Unusually, his background spans heavy industry maintenance and enterprise ERP projects to modern MarTech and headless commerce—giving him rare fluency across hardware, process, and cloud-native software.
