Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarc Maillart is a Principal UX Designer with three decades of design experience and over a decade leading UX functions at enterprise analytics and data-integration companies. He built and scaled the UX practice at Talend from a single hire to a cross-functional team shaping next-gen cloud applications that embed ML/AI, and now leads Cloud App Automation design across the merged Qlik/Talend analytics portfolio. Comfortable switching between hands-on product design and strategic leadership, he has directed UX for large engineering organizations at SAP and BusinessObjects, delivering complex web, mobile and desktop experiences for millions of users. Based in Sèvres, France, Marc pairs a Master’s in Industrial Digital Systems with a practical focus on turning intricate data products into clear, usable workflows. Less obvious: he has repeatedly moved between individual-contributor and director roles, showing a rare preference for staying close to design craft while scaling teams and processes.
