Top SchoolMarc Nicole is a seasoned R&D and innovation consultant with over 30 years of experience translating market needs into technical solutions, particularly in machine and embedded software. Based in Bussigny, Switzerland, he has led large cross-functional engineering teams and managed portfolios of innovation projects at Bobst Group, driving process improvements and CAD/PDM coordination across international units. He combines hands-on embedded systems expertise from his early engineering career with executive training (IMD PED) and an innovation commercialization certificate from MIT, enabling pragmatic strategies that bridge technology, business and people. Known for taking on complex human-technical challenges, he helps organizations align IT systems to new products and streamline development processes. An uncommonly strong mix of deep technical roots and formal executive education makes him equally at home mentoring engineers or advising boards on R&D direction.
