Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarc Popp is a solutions architect and founder with over a decade of hands‑on experience delivering cloud-native, compliance-first platforms for banks, regulators and federal agencies across Germany. He combines deep operational know‑how—from building VS‑NfD video conferencing and BSI‑aligned OpenShift clusters to migrating stalled products into production prototypes—with pragmatic regulatory expertise around DORA, NIS2 and the EU AI Act. Marc specializes in creating sovereign, multi‑cloud alternatives to non‑EU hyperscalers that preserve EU data‑sovereignty without feature freezes or long shutdowns, and he turns dependency analysis into concrete migration roadmaps and 3‑year TCOs. Known for orchestrating complex stakeholder ecosystems, he has led transformations that unlocked new AI/ML revenue streams for financial markets and automated high‑risk legacy processes to recover millions. As ComStack’s founder he packages this experience into a two‑week Digital Sovereignty Assessment that gives execs an actionable EU‑Dependency score rather than another slide deck.
