Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarc Raymond is a senior learning experience and product designer with 14 years of experience shaping digital tools and strategic communications at Columbia University and beyond. He leads design thinking processes, crafts brand and style systems, and translates faculty research and student needs into practical, pedagogically minded product designs. As co-founder of a design studio he helps organizations scale consistent visual identities and runs workshops that turn strategy into actionable prototypes. He pairs a background in frontend development with an MS in Strategic Communication to bridge technical execution and educational impact. Based in New York, he is equally at home mentoring students and senior stakeholders, and he emphasizes that AI-driven tools should augment—not replace—teacher expertise. A less obvious strength is his sustained focus on operationalizing design systems so academic initiatives remain coherent as teams and technologies change.
