Top SchoolMarc Rohloff is a seasoned technology leader and hands-on architect with 14 years of experience building and scaling full-stack systems, currently leading development and DevOps for a podcasting platform serving over 600,000 creators. He blends team leadership and mentorship with deep technical execution—designing APIs, media transcoding pipelines, payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase), and social media players—while advising executive leadership on strategic decisions. His background spans startups and government contracts where he rescued delayed projects, simplified frameworks to accelerate delivery, and led cross-functional and offshore teams. Marc has a knack for pragmatic architecture: shipping MVPs, custom secure protocols for micro-transactions, and integrations with platforms like Facebook Business and WhatsApp. He pairs an electronics engineering foundation with formal training in software and project management, and routinely contributes to R&D efforts from ML back-ends to embedded system kernels. Quietly inventive, he’s delivered cost-and-size reductions in telecommunications hardware and built production-ready systems that process terabytes on AWS.
