Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcel Coelho is an Engineering Manager and senior full-stack engineer with nine years of experience building React, TypeScript, and React Native applications across industries from back-office payment systems to live WebRTC video chat. He combines hands-on implementation—shipping NPM libraries like an Express request-body validator, a Babel/Webpack plugin, and an SSR React build for Firebase Functions—with team leadership and delivery focus. Comfortable across front-end, mobile, and backend stacks, he leverages Redux/Redux-Saga patterns and pragmatic architectures to move products from prototype to production. Based in Brasília, Marcel pairs formal engineering training with business administration knowledge, making him adept at aligning technical decisions with company growth and product priorities.
