Top SchoolMarcel Otte is a Senior DevOps Engineer and software product owner with 13+ years of hands-on experience building CI/CD systems, embedded software, and developer environments across aerospace, automotive and industrial domains. He blends systems-level engineering (Linux, Kubernetes, Docker) with toolchain design—having led Jenkins pipeline generation, Conan/chocolatey packaging and creation of Windows/Linux dev images and AWS machine images to make developer on-boarding a two-liner. Marcel’s background spans embedded C/C++ and server-side automation through to product ownership, giving him a rare combination of low-level troubleshooting and strategic delivery. He is an open-source and Linux enthusiast who continues to code in Golang and maintain automation alongside family life. Based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, he is open to remote roles from October, preferring positions that let him shape developer tooling and platform reliability.
