Top SchoolMarcel Rus is a Technical Product Manager and former web developer with eight years of experience turning design mockups into polished, responsive web experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React. Based in Surprise, Arizona, he blends hands-on front-end craftsmanship—HubSpot CMS, Material-UI, Bitbucket and custom React components—with product ownership responsibilities like backlog prioritization, release planning and user acceptance testing. At TraCorp he progressed from lead developer and mentor to managing cross-functional teams, translating customer needs into technical solutions while keeping projects on time and budget. He also brings creative media skills—Adobe XD, After Effects and Illustrator—that help him prototype engaging interfaces and promotional content. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic documentation, risk mitigation, and a rare combination of design sensibility and delivery-focused product leadership.
