Top SchoolMarcello Montemagno is a Lead Front End Engineer based in London with 10 years of experience designing and shipping scalable web applications and modular front-end architectures. He combines hands-on TypeScript and React expertise with strong testing, design-system and architectural skills, having led projects that introduced collaborative rich-text editing, live analysis, and a modular migration strategy. As a tech lead he mentors engineers, drives knowledge sharing, and routinely delivers fast turnarounds—launching an internal back-office in three months and rebuilding products at half the previous development time. His background spans full-stack work in Java and Node services as well as engineering shared libraries and tooling to improve reuse and maintainability across organisations. Colleagues describe him as an enthusiastic, curly-haired programmer who enjoys crafting reliable, well-tested software and quietly pushes teams toward higher quality.
