Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcelo Barsotti is a senior software developer with nearly three decades of experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications, and nine years focused in senior roles across cloud-native and microservices architectures. He combines deep expertise in architecture, security, and full-stack development—C#, Java, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, React, REST/GraphQL and relational databases—to turn complex business needs into maintainable systems. His background spans banking, e-commerce, healthcare and compliance platforms, including architecture leadership for one of Brazil’s largest ecommerce sites and institutional web apps at Citi. Currently at Dayforce, he consistently applies design patterns and pragmatic algorithms to untangle hard technical puzzles while mentoring teams. Beyond coding, he pairs formal training in management and public speaking with hands-on architecture practice, which helps him communicate trade-offs clearly to both engineers and stakeholders. Colleagues describe him as a problem-driven engineer who treats systems like puzzles to be elegantly solved rather than just problems to be patched.
