Top SchoolMarcelo Martins is a senior systems analyst and full‑stack developer with 11 years delivering Java- and .NET-based web applications for large Brazilian clients. He specializes in back-end Java (Spring, Quarkus, Hibernate) and RESTful APIs with OAuth2/JWT, while also building front-ends using Angular and React and exploring Node.js frameworks. Proven in both public sector and enterprise environments, he pairs hands-on implementation with requirements analysis and system feasibility studies.
