Top SchoolMarcelo Prado is a Staff Software Engineer based in São Paulo with 10 years of experience building product-led engineering at startups and high-growth fintechs. He has progressed through multiple senior roles at Brex, shipping mobile, design systems, and AI product features before stepping into a staff engineering role. As a founder and CTO in earlier ventures, he combines entrepreneurial instincts with hands-on execution to turn customer problems into pragmatic technical solutions. Comfortable across front-end and mobile stacks, he brings a bias for action and a track record of iterating quickly in product teams.
