Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcin Bauer is a Senior Product Designer with 11 years of experience crafting UX and UI for web and mobile products across energy, insurance, travel, and consumer-facing apps. Self-taught and shaped by a childhood of computer games and LEGO Technics, he blends a maker’s curiosity with pragmatic design systems practice—managing Figma tokens and scalable component libraries for multi-platform products. He has led complex projects from SCADA-like dashboards for renewable energy to white-label mobile apps and a SaaS content hub for lastminute.com, emphasizing efficiency without sacrificing creativity. Calm, collaborative, and client-facing, Marcin moves comfortably between branding, prototyping, and technical handoffs, often anticipating operational needs like dark mode and white-labeling early in design. Based in Szczecin, Poland, he brings both deep product empathy and a hands-on approach to delivering meaningful user tools.
