Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcin Chyłek is a Software Architect and database specialist with 14 years of experience building and scaling web and mobile systems from Poland. He blends deep hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB with practical architecture and DevOps skills across Linux stacks (Gentoo, Ubuntu, SLES) and PHP frameworks (Zend, Symfony). As CEO of Ampluso and current architect at Comperia.pl he has led small engineering teams, managed large data migrations (~2TB), and shipped production Android and Symfony-based services. Known for database clustering and plpgsql work, he pairs low-level data modeling with pragmatic system design to optimize performance and reliability. Quietly entrepreneurial, he routinely combines product thinking with implementation, moving between CTO, lead developer and hands-on DBA roles.
