Top SchoolMarcin Korniluk is a versatile Android engineering leader and Junior Game Producer with 11 years of experience building mobile platforms, leading teams, and shaping product roadmaps. He has driven Android architecture, quality, and cross-functional initiatives as Platform Tech Lead at Veepee, while earlier senior roles honed his skills in PoCs, client-facing design, and coaching. Comfortable switching between hands-on engineering and people management, he combines technical depth (Android, architecture, automation) with project and recruitment leadership. Now contributing to a small academic game team, he brings platform-grade rigour to game production and interdisciplinary communication between tech, art, and business. A trained engineer and guitarist who jokes about being a platypus, he blends creative curiosity and UX sensibility into pragmatic technical solutions. Based in Warsaw, he pairs a strong academic foundation from Warsaw University of Technology with a track record of scaling mobile practices in both corporate and startup-like environments.
