Top SchoolMarcin Steczkiewicz is a Senior Product Owner with 19 years of experience blending deep software engineering roots (MSc Computer Science) with product leadership across telecom, banking, fin-tech, automotive and digital advertising. He has driven complex, regulated initiatives—most recently building a DevSecOps platform at HSBC and shaping ML-powered ad and annotation products at RTB House and Aptiv—while constantly advocating for strong UI/UX and operational excellence. Comfortable in both hands-on technical discussions and high-level roadmap planning, he translates strategic objectives into prioritized backlogs, MVPs and measurable SLAs. Colleagues rely on him to bridge multi-vendor ecosystems, perform trade-off analyses, and keep delivery teams fed with well-groomed work. A pragmatic agile practitioner (PO, Scrum Master, SAFe) with a software developer past, he brings a rare mix of coding fluency and stakeholder diplomacy that accelerates product adoption.
