Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcin Ufniarz is a seasoned full-stack developer and founding board member with 11 years of experience delivering responsive, cross-platform web and Salesforce solutions from Chicago. He blends deep front-end expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks (React/Redux, Angular, AngularJS, jQuery) with back-end experience across LAMP, MEAN, C#, Apex and force.com, and has led teams through CI/CD and DevOps transformations. As a technical founder and president of small ventures, he shapes architecture, tech direction and developer process while still shipping hands-on LWC/Apex and mobile-ready UI work. Known for pragmatic object-oriented design and performance optimization, he pairs strong system-level understanding with a preference for pushing platform limits. An active mentor and quick learner, he’s equally comfortable configuring Salesforce system administration as building pixel-perfect front ends.
