Top SchoolMarcin Wojciechowski is an engineering leader with 8+ years’ experience driving software delivery in aviation-focused products, now serving as Engineering Director at Comply365. He combines hands-on development (NodeJS, React, .NET) and data pipeline design with system architecture and team leadership across Azure/AWS environments. Marcin has a track record of taking projects from conception to production—building analytics products, cloud-hosted apps, and mobile/Windows solutions—while managing distributed teams and customer-facing support across EMEA and APAC. His background as a solution architect and early-career hands-on programmer gives him an uncommon blend of code-level fluency and strategic oversight.
