Senior🎓
Top SchoolMárcio De Sousa is a Lead Software Development Engineer with a decade of experience building and scaling web products across startups and corporate environments, currently leading a fully remote team at Cuez by TinkerList.tv. He blends hands-on full‑stack development (VueJS, Laravel, JS) and AWS infrastructure with DevOps and CI/CD design, while improving developer experience and onboarding to shrink time-to-productivity. Comfortable moving between early-stage product iteration and production-grade systems, he frequently mediates cross-functional needs (UX, Sales, Customer Success) to align roadmaps and customer outcomes. As an early in-house hire who grew into technical leadership, he champions documentation, developer tooling, and pragmatic workflows that codify best practices. Known for pairing technical reviews with regular 1:1s, he invests in people-first leadership to unlock team potential and clear blockers for delivery.
