Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarco Arena is an Artificial Intelligence Engineering Leader and computer engineer with 11+ years of hands-on experience building high-performance C++ systems for mission-critical domains, from Ferrari F1 telemetry and simulation to autonomous packaging lines at Tetra Pak. He leads software work that bridges real-time data acquisition, edge acceleration of deep learning models, and industrial AI integration rather than pure research, enabling machines to make decisions traditionally handled by humans. A prolific community builder and communicator, Marco founded the Italian C++ Community, Coding Gym, and ML Modena, organizing 150+ events and earning eight consecutive Microsoft MVP awards for his advocacy. He also co-founded Italy’s ISO C++ delegation, reflecting uncommon influence on both industry practice and standards. Equally comfortable with multiple languages and paradigms, he focuses on pragmatic solutions that fit constraints, combining systems-level performance engineering with a passion for knowledge sharing.
