Top SchoolMarco Fincato is a Principal Engineer based in Milan with nine years of hands-on experience spanning embedded systems, mobile apps, and software team leadership. He blends low-level MCU and hardware design expertise with efficient, production-focused code, and has progressed into machine learning and AI studies to broaden his technical toolkit. At iliad he advanced from Software Engineer to Software Engineering Manager and now Principal Engineer, demonstrating rapid impact in telecom software delivery. He also led Team Isaac PoliTo’s software and electronics efforts, showing a rare mix of academic mentorship and practical project delivery. Quietly curious about how systems work from silicon to cloud, he pairs formal computer engineering training from Politecnico di Torino with a maker’s affinity for prototyping and tinkering.
