Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarco Lanaro is an experienced engineering manager with 14 years building and scaling consumer-facing and B2B2C products across startups and larger tech firms, now leading engineering at Satispay in London. He blends hands-on full‑stack development (React/Node, Go microservices, PostgreSQL, Redis) with strong delivery leadership, having driven ~150 releases/quarter while maintaining 99.95% SLOs. At Dojo he grew a team fivefold, led a GDPR-driven 4TB data migration from Firebase to EU PostgreSQL, and launched a booking product that multiplied restaurant and consumer engagement. His background includes secure, privacy-conscious platform work at Apple and rapid international expansion programs at Trainline, reflecting comfort with compliance, cloud (GCP/AWS) and observability stacks like OpenTelemetry. A former founder who shipped a nationally played web game, he pairs entrepreneurial curiosity with disciplined engineering process and talent development. Fluent in Italian, based in London, he repeatedly turns complex technical constraints into measurable business outcomes.
