Top SchoolMarco Mancuso is a Senior DevOps Engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience designing and automating resilient CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes. He has a proven track record building platform services and tooling—from Go operators and AWS Lambdas to Terraform-driven multi-cloud clusters and Helm deployments—while improving observability with Splunk and automated testing suites. Comfortable under pressure and with tight schedules, he progressed from technical support and automation roles to senior engineering and DevEx positions, giving him strong diagnostic instincts and customer-focused problem solving. Based in Maidenhead, he pairs deep automation skills (Ansible, Chef, Packer, Inspec) with practical developer-facing work such as Backstage plugins and Python CLIs, showing a rare blend of platform reliability and developer experience advocacy.
