Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarco Mark is an engineering team lead and founder with 25 years of hands-on experience building products across agencies, startups, and enterprise environments. He specialises in pragmatic AI strategy and adoption—shipping tools that teams actually use, proving ROI, and integrating AI into existing products without disruption. Comfortable across the full stack (Nuxt, Next, TypeScript, Laravel, Vue, React, Tailwind), he thinks in products not features and prioritises outcomes over architectural fashion. Marco has a track record of rolling out AI tooling across engineering teams, prototyping revenue-driving AI features, and operating MCP servers—skills born from running his own digital consultancy. He’s particularly adept at navigating the human side of engineering: smoothing team workflows, reducing user frustration, and turning process theatre into usable systems. Based in Perranporth, he recharges by surfing and photography, which he credits for keeping his focus practical and his product instincts sharp.
