Top SchoolMarco Medrano is a Full Stack Developer with 11 years of experience building cloud-native applications and tooling, primarily on the Microsoft/Azure stack. He has led architecture and development across startups and enterprise teams, including roles as Streaming Software Architect and Technical Lead, and currently consults and delivers full-stack solutions as a freelancer. His hands-on work spans Azure Functions, Azure SQL, MS Graph, AD SSO, React front-ends, Node.js back-ends, and C# Blazor/MAUI desktop apps—evidenced by a multilingual translator app published to the Microsoft Store. Marco combines system design and operational resilience, solving tricky problems like asynchronous, fail-tolerant database provisioning within serverless functions. Based in La Paz, Bolivia, he pairs deep MS platform expertise with practical product sensibility, often bridging developer-facing services and consumer-facing SPAs.
