Top SchoolMarco Muccinelli is an Engineering Manager with 14+ years of experience who started as an iOS developer and now leads a 15-person cross-functional team delivering mobile and web products for 20+ clients, including KFC and Burger King. He combines deep hands-on expertise in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Flutter with practical oversight of PHP/Laravel backends and UX workflows, turning chaotic multi-platform projects into predictable delivery pipelines. At Timeware he implemented PRD workflows, capacity planning, and time-tracking improvements that reduced overruns and soothed burnout risk while keeping feature velocity high. Marco is known for coaching engineers across disciplines, balancing technical debt with new development, and shipping both legacy-native and greenfield cross-platform apps. Based in Milan and remote-friendly, he blends product-minded technical leadership with a pragmatic focus on billing accuracy and operational sustainability—details he often prioritizes because “getting paid matters.”
