Summary
🤩
RockstarMarco Pérez is a technology and education leader with 13 years of experience who blends hands-on full‑stack development (PHP, Python, JavaScript, React, Ruby on Rails) with program and product leadership across startups and scale-ups. As co‑founder and long‑time academic lead at 4Geeks Academy, he has scaled course operations to hundreds of students, managed cohorts and mentor networks of 30–40 people, and automated complex workflows using tools like Zapier and Notion. He has served as CTO and Engineering Manager driving technical roadmaps, operational stability, and ML/data initiatives while rescuing stalled projects through pragmatic reprioritization and morale-focused leadership. Comfortable toggling between code and strategy, Marco specializes in product‑oriented, agile teams that deliver MVPs and measurable customer value. Based in Madrid and an SSI Divemaster, he combines curiosity and a teacher’s patience to transform teams and companies into learning organizations.
