👤
SeniorMarco Serafino is a Design System Lead with 8+ years building cohesive UX/UI and design systems across fintech, blockchain, and e-commerce, currently shaping Emirates NBD’s design system. He combines hands-on design, front-end development and product strategy, having founded a remote consulting studio and led design for fast-moving crypto projects like SingularityNET and Vulpem Ventures. Marco is fluent in cross-disciplinary collaboration—implementing agile workflows, running UX research programs, and coding component libraries to bridge design and engineering teams. His background includes teaching UX and developing production-ready component systems, which reflects a practical focus on scalable design operations.
