Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarco Silveira is a pragmatic software engineer with 8 years of experience building backend-heavy, cloud-native systems and supply chain solutions using Node.js, Typescript, and AWS. Currently at Navalia, he architects serverless Lambdas, configures AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and drives standards, documentation, and engineering best practices. His background spans full-stack and embedded enterprise work — from Delphi and C# POS/ERP systems to modern microservices with RabbitMQ, MongoDB, GraphQL and observability in production. He has led small teams as a technical lead, blending hands-on development with task management and architectural decision-making. Based in Minas Gerais, Brazil, Marco combines practical ops experience (PM2, CI/CD, clustering) with a formal MBA in Information Security, giving him a strong eye for reliable, secure delivery. An engineer who values clean code and measurable quality, he often champions linting, testing and design patterns to keep legacy systems evolving safely.
