Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcos Azevedo is an offensive security engineer with two decades in IT and over eight years focused on red teaming, penetration testing, social engineering, and physical security assessments for banks, government, and Fortune 500 organizations. Based in Lisbon, he combines deep low-level expertise in OS internals, firmware/UEFI, device drivers and assembly with practical fluency in C, Python and shell scripting to both break and build security tooling. He has led and delivered complex engagements across cloud, network, web, mobile and payment card environments, and currently applies that blend of research and operational tradecraft as a senior member of offensive teams. A former founder and academic instructor, Marcos pairs entrepreneurial grit and teaching experience with a documented body of conference talks and public research on GitHub, reflecting a habit of turning vulnerabilities into actionable fixes. Notably, his background includes hands-on exploit development and firmware research at a major device vendor, underscoring an uncommon mix of hardware and software offensive skills.
