Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarcos Nunes is a Full Stack Developer and engineering leader with over a decade of experience and a strong track record of shrinking time-to-market by up to 50% through pragmatic product and technical decisions. He blends hands-on React/TypeScript frontend work, Node.js backends and AWS deployments with product ownership and UX design, having led refactors, design systems and AI-driven feature launches like an AI Copilot. Marcos has repeatedly moved between senior IC and leadership roles—guiding teams of up to 10, mentoring engineers, running Scrum practices, and aligning roadmaps with C-level stakeholders. His portfolio spans fintech admin panels, large-scale video platform migrations, loyalty and cashback systems for retail, and internal knowledge platforms, showing comfort in both enterprise and stealth-mode startups. Based in Rio de Janeiro, he pairs developer-first craftsmanship with product instinct—often prototyping UI solutions and authoring PRDs himself to accelerate delivery. A former instructor of React and frontend essentials, he also brings an educator’s clarity to technical leadership and documentation.
